Pine nut and parsley pasta

Ingredients:
  • 1 packet linguine or spaghetti
  • 0.5 cups pine nuts
  • 0.5 cups parsley
  • 1/3 cups olive oil
  • 1-2 tsp crushed or sliced garlic
  • 0.5 cups bread crumbs
Boil the linguine / spaghetti al dente (until it sticks to the ceiling *ahem*). Combine the remaining ingredients in a blender and blend (in the event that the sauce gets a bit dry and becomes difficult to blend, add more oil alternatively some tomato paste, further alternatively some lemon juice).


Mix the sauce into the linguine / spaghetti, garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
